I was displaced because of house fire and the staff has been simply amazing. The breakfast was great and everything was well stocked and a hot meal to start the day was very nice. The room was serviced to perfection. Fresh clean towels and linens in a daily basis.
Good, basic hotel. We stopped here for 2 nights while visiting the island. The location is decent but you do need to drive to downtown, which wasn't a big deal for us. Our room was spacious with a king bed and a couch. There was lack of attention to the washroom - toilet paper roll was empty when we arrived and there was a shell in the sink. Service is average - nothing special. We had an issue with our keys not working and the woman at the desk wasn't overly helpful. Told us to try again when we got back and come back if it didn't work. The breakfast is good with a decent variety including eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc.
Ive stayed here a lot over the last 6 months due to work. I found the hotel well kept, the morning breakfast is good with lots of options. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If I was traveling for personal time, I would definitely stay here. Its good value.
The rooms have been recently renovated and the staff are very friendly. I stay here all the time when I am in Charlottetown and I am always welcomed with a smile. The location is great. Only a few minutes from downtown and has a large parking lot that many hotels downtown lack
We drive to PEI a couple times a year. This place is always clean, modern, updated. Laura the manager is wonderful help. Lots of hot water, great showers, good wifi, beds are comfortable, near lots of businesses, good parking, free breakfast. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Our favorite is the drive up patio door rooms. We would like a to see a small exercise room with a bike, treadmill, maybe some free weights. My husband does a half hour of cardio a day for anxiety and his heart.
We have been on the road for 24 nights, stayed mostly in Comfort Inns. This was hands down the best breakfast! Realizing that the food offering has to be consistent we were impressed that the eggs (not scrambles more like mini omelets) & potatoes were hot. Also there was strawberry syrup/jam & whipped topping for the waffles. The lady (I think Stacey) was attentive coming around to each table asking “how is everything”. That’s pride& confidence in your work -we were happy to reply “it’s great!” Room was clean & bed comfortable.
Room was very clean and appears to be updated recently. Fairly good location will all amenities within walking distance. My only gripe would be we were woken up by housekeeping at 9 am to do our room. Not sure why we were woken up as we were told for a 2 day stay, service was by request. Never been woken up by housekeeping before.
Spent the night here. The ac machine kept turning on and off every 5 mins and it is very loud. Rattles the walls. with no switch or anything. Mattress is a king size. But it was so hard i couldn't even sleep. Considering i have a 12 hour drive to do today. Im exhausted i barley slept.
